When fear of leaping off her balcony spirals into obsession, Flora copes the only way she knows how — by meddling in her neighbors’ gloriously messy lives, stumbling into unexpected romance and the quiet truth that healing isn’t about control, but about love, grace, and letting go.
ABOUT
WHAT INSPIRED THIS STORY
One night in mountains of Montana, half asleep in the back of my Sequoia, the character of Flora formed in my mind: a woman afraid of falling, but even more afraid of standing still. With the sound of the river in my ears, I drifted into a world of broken, messy people helping each other. The adventures were humorous and quirky, the emotions raw, and the beauty exquisite.
WHY IT’S PERSONAL
I’ve lived most of my life inside a mind haunted by horrors it never asked to imagine. I didn’t know it was OCD until I was forty — only that my brain seemed broken. I’d never seen my experience portrayed with honesty or warmth. We’re All Fine Here reveals the humanity in it — the humor, tenderness, and absurdity of trying to be okay in a mind that won’t rest until everything's perfect.
WHY IT MATTERS NOW
As I share my story, others share theirs. Hidden struggles are everywhere. Flora’s journey reminds us that being “fine” isn’t the goal — walking with God and loving one another is. This film points to the truth that healing begins with grace, community, and the assurance that Christ meets us in the middle of our brokenness.
